{"id":139,"date":"2014-06-02T12:10:51","date_gmt":"2014-06-02T10:10:51","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/paulinaamanda\/?p=139"},"modified":"2014-06-02T12:10:51","modified_gmt":"2014-06-02T10:10:51","slug":"en-lang-morgonpw-med-fint-sallskap","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/paulinaamanda\/2014\/06\/02\/en-lang-morgonpw-med-fint-sallskap\/","title":{"rendered":"En l\u00e5ng morgonpw med fint s\u00e4llskap!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center\">Konstigt nog s\u00e5 hamnade jag i en svacka efter de goda nyheterna om vikten..<br \/>\nMen nu k\u00e4nner jag att det \u00e4r p\u00e5 v\u00e4g att v\u00e4nda igen!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Dagen b\u00f6rjade med en minifrukost med Jennifer, efter det s\u00e5 tog vi en ca 6km l\u00e5ng pw.<br \/>\nOch n\u00e4r man \u00e4nd\u00e5 \u00e4r ig\u00e5ng s\u00e5 kan man ju passa p\u00e5 att dra till gymmet!<br \/>\nFick bli rygg + lite mage &amp; armar..\u00a0 Och snart \u00e4r det dags att g\u00e5 till &#8221;jobbet&#8221;<br \/>\noch g\u00e5 med hundarna. K\u00e4nns som en riktigt bra dag idag!<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff00ff\">\u00c4ven fast det \u00e4r m\u00e5ndag.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">K\u00f6pte en Celsius f\u00f6r f\u00f6rsta g\u00e5ngen n\u00e5gonsin ig\u00e5r, vilda b\u00e4r och note to self: den \u00e4r inte god.<br \/>\nMen fick en j\u00e4kla massa energi av den, s\u00e5 jag storst\u00e4dade hela l\u00e4genheten.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">S\u00e5 idag fick det bli en citron\/lime, den var helt okej!
