Men nu, nu b\u00f6rjar jag f\u00e5 rutiner p\u00e5 livet igen.<br \/>\nVar till gymmet ig\u00e5r, k\u00f6rde lite olika maskiner och i slutet<br \/>\nblev det h\u00f6ftlyft p\u00e5 ett ben med en 10kg viktskiva.<br \/>\nEfter det s\u00e5 fick det bli 15 minuters intervall\u00f6pning, \u00e5h vad sk\u00f6nt det var!<br \/>\nTrodde att jag skulle vara helt hoppl\u00f6s efter att inte ha varken tr\u00e4nat eller sprungit sen mitten av Juli..<br \/>\nMen nej, ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r att s\u00e4nka hastigheten och k\u00e4nna den h\u00e4r k\u00e4nslan<br \/>\n&#8221;nu d\u00f6r jag, av syrebrist..&#8221; s\u00e5 h\u00f6jde jag fr\u00e5n 9 till 10!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><em>&#8221;Not sure I hate running, or madly in love with it.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Om det hinns med idag, bland allt plugg och st\u00e4d.
