{"id":170,"date":"2015-02-22T19:07:51","date_gmt":"2015-02-22T18:07:51","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/paulinaamanda\/?p=170"},"modified":"2015-02-22T19:07:51","modified_gmt":"2015-02-22T18:07:51","slug":"sondagsmotivation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/paulinaamanda\/2015\/02\/22\/sondagsmotivation\/","title":{"rendered":"S\u00f6ndagsmotivation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center\">Idag var en s\u00e5n d\u00e4r tr\u00e5kig dag d\u00e4r man vill spendera hela dagen i soffan och inte r\u00f6ra sig en meter.<br \/>\nMen jag t\u00e4nkte att hunden m\u00e5ste ju \u00e4nd\u00e5 ut, och ska jag ut s\u00e5 kan jag ju lika g\u00e4rna g\u00e5 ut ocks\u00e5! \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Det fick bli en pw i skogen med varierande \u00f6vningar l\u00e4ngs v\u00e4gen,<br \/>\nbland annat utfall\/l\u00e5rg\u00e5ng, armh\u00e4vningar och n\u00e5gra step-ups (os\u00e4ker p\u00e5 om det heter s\u00e5).<br \/>\nMen n\u00e4r vi n\u00e4stan var framme s\u00e5 ins\u00e5g jag att jag inte riktigt var n\u00f6jd s\u00e5 drog med mig <strong>K<\/strong> och tog en lite l\u00e4ngre<br \/>\npw utan min supertr\u00f6tta valp, vilket blev ett underbart \u00e4ventyr och man fick se delar av Karlstad man aldrig sett f\u00f6rr.<br \/>\nS\u00c5 kul och s\u00e5 sjukt beh\u00f6vligt.
