Kall och alva m\u00e4ngden tillsammans med vaniljglass eller gr\u00e4dde blir det en uts\u00f6kt efterr\u00e4tt. Kanske \u00e4ven lite sm\u00e4lt eller riven vit choklad?<\/p>\n<p><b>Saffranshonungsmannagrynsgr\u00f6t<\/b><br \/><b>2 portioner<\/b><br \/><b><br \/><\/b><br \/><i>4 dl mj\u00f6lk<\/i><br \/><i>4 msk mannagryn<\/i><br \/><i>1-2 msk honung<\/i><br \/><i>0.5 g &nbsp;saffran (ett paket)<\/i><br \/><i>0.5 tsk salt<\/i><br \/><i>En klick sm\u00f6r<\/i><br \/><i><br \/><\/i><br \/><i>B\u00f6rja med att blanda ett par matskedar av mj\u00f6lken och sm\u00f6rklicken i en kopp. Ta i all saffran (se till att f\u00e5 ut allt ur p\u00e5sen! Det blir lite mer smak om du st\u00f6ter p\u00e5sen f\u00f6rst med en flaska eller liknande) och v\u00e4rm i mikron tills sm\u00f6ret har sm\u00e4lt. Koka upp mj\u00f6lk, honung, salt och saffransblandningen. Vispa i mannagrynen och l\u00e5t koka p\u00e5 svag v\u00e4rme tills det blir l\u00e4mplig gr\u00f6tkonsistens. Gl\u00f6m inte att r\u00f6ra ordentligt d\u00e5 och d\u00e5 s\u00e5 att det inte br\u00e4nns fast! Jag brukar r\u00f6ra lite mest hela tiden..<\/i><br \/><i><br \/><\/i><br \/><i>Servera med russin, honung och mj\u00f6lk! Mj\u00f6lk \u00e4r inget m\u00e5ste, den \u00e4r faktiskt supergod utan ocks\u00e5..&nbsp;<\/i><br \/><i>Njut.
