Till grat\u00e4ngen \u00e5t jag broccoli och vanlig kokt potatis. Jag m\u00e5ste s\u00e4ga att broccolin var hemskt god till!<\/p>\n<p><i>En (ganska stor) portion<\/i><br \/><i>30-40 minuter<\/i><\/p>\n<p><b>140 g torsk (tinad)<\/b><br \/><b>0.5 dl matlagningsgr\u00e4dde<\/b><br \/><b>2 msk chilis\u00e5s<\/b><br \/><b>1.25 dl mj\u00f6lk (jag hade inget m\u00e5tt, kan beh\u00f6vas lite mer..)<\/b><br \/><b>1 (r\u00e5gad) msk vetemj\u00f6l<\/b><br \/><b>2 f\u00e4rska champinjoner<\/b><br \/><b>2 sm\u00e5 schalottenl\u00f6kar<\/b><br \/><b>2 msk dill (fryst eller klippt)<\/b><br \/><b>1\/2 t\u00e4rning fiskbuljong<\/b><br \/><b>lite vitpeppar<\/b><br \/><b>salt<\/b><br \/><b>sm\u00f6r<\/b><br \/><b><br \/><\/b><br \/>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 200 grader. Finhacka schalottenl\u00f6ken och sk\u00e4r champinjonerna i lite st\u00f6rre bitar, beroende p\u00e5 hur stora du vill ha dem. Fr\u00e4s l\u00f6ken och svampen i en klick sm\u00f6r i en kastrull tills de blivit riktigt mjuka.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4ll mj\u00f6lken \u00f6ver l\u00f6ken och svampen och tills\u00e4tt buljongt\u00e4rningen, chilis\u00e5sen och dillen. Medan det kokar upp, l\u00f6s upp vetemj\u00f6let i gr\u00e4dden och blanda sedan ned redningen i kastrullen. L\u00e5t koka upp under omr\u00f6rning tills det tjocknar och smaka av med vitpeppar,salt och eventuellt mer chilis\u00e5s.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4gg fisken i mindre bitar i en lagom stor ugnsform. H\u00e4ll \u00f6ver grat\u00e4ngs\u00e5sen och gr\u00e4dda i mitten av ugnen i &nbsp;20- 25 minuter. Dekorera med lite dill. &nbsp;Servera med potatis, broccoli och citronpeppar.
