Denna lista skrev jag mest f\u00f6r att komma ih\u00e5g det sj\u00e4lv.. Vi f\u00e5r se hur det g\u00e5r! Det kan h\u00e4nda att jag kommer med till\u00e4gg sedan, men det s\u00e4ger jag till om d\u00e5. S\u00e5 l\u00e4nge skapar jag en kategori h\u00e4r till v\u00e4nster som heter &#8221;m\u00e5l&#8221; och l\u00e4gger alla framtida inl\u00e4gg d\u00e4r \ud83d\ude42<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; <span style=\"font-size:large\">&nbsp; <b>1<\/b>. \u00c5terf\u00e5 en h\u00e4lsosam kropp genom:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom:0\">R\u00e4tt kost<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom:0\">Tr\u00e4ning ett par g\u00e5nger i veckan (en promenad r\u00e4cker)<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;<span style=\"font-size:large\"> &nbsp;<b>2<\/b>. Klara av skolan bra genom att<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom:0\"><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>G\u00f6ra uppgifter i god tid<\/li>\n<li>Utnyttja lektionstiden<\/li>\n<li>Inte skjuta upp<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:large\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;<b>3.&nbsp;<\/b>\u00c4gna mera tid \u00e5t v\u00e4nner<\/span><\/p>\n<div><span style=\"font-size:large\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size:large\">&nbsp; &nbsp; <b>&nbsp; 4<\/b>.Inte t\u00e4nka p\u00e5 saker jag vill g\u00f6ra, utan faktiskt g\u00f6ra dem<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size:large\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size:large\">&nbsp; &nbsp; <b>&nbsp;&nbsp;5.<\/b>Sluta t\u00e4nka j\u00e4mt och st\u00e4ndigt p\u00e5 mat och l\u00e4mna resterna av \u00e4tst\u00f6rningen bakom mig<\/span><\/div>\n<div>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom:0\"><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div>Med h\u00e4lsosam menar jag bland annat att min blodcirkulation ska fungera som den ska s\u00e5 att jag slipper g\u00e5 omkring st\u00e4ndigt kall om h\u00e4nderna.. Sen vill jag orka mera, inte bara sitta inne hela dagarna. Nu \u00e4r varje liten \u00f6kning i takten p\u00e5 v\u00e4g till skolan en ordentlig anstr\u00e4ngning. Min vilopuls ligger p\u00e5 \u00f6ver 70.. s\u00e5 ja. Hej d\u00e5lig kondis? Hj\u00e4rtat m\u00e5r inte bra helt enkelt.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>PS. Den d\u00e4r tv\u00e5an ska inte st\u00e5 d\u00e4r.
