Jag brukar inte l\u00e4sa hennes blogg men snubblade \u00f6ver den av en ren slump.<\/p>\n<p>Hon skrev i detta inl\u00e4gg bland annat om hur tr\u00e4ningen kan hj\u00e4lpa en att sl\u00e4ppa fixeringen vid mat. Jag tror n\u00e4mligen att det \u00e4r den viktigaste ingrediens som kan f\u00e5 mig att faktiskt bli bra &#8211; det \u00e4r egentligen inte sj\u00e4lva maten jag har problem med, utan annat runt om. Jag KAN \u00e4ta. Jag skulle inte passa riktigt vid &#8221;vanlig&#8221; \u00e4tst\u00f6rningsv\u00e5rd, kanske skulle det f\u00e5 mig att \u00e4ta b\u00e4ttre men det \u00e4r \u00e4nd\u00e5, tror jag, annat som ligger bakom (annat \u00e4n utseendefixering, viktfobi etc).<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6nskar jag kunde hitta receptet f\u00f6r denna tr\u00e4ning. Jag gillar dans, jag gillar skjuta pilb\u00e5ge, jag gillar att springa. Kanske att jag skaffar ett gymkort, bara n\u00e5gonting som g\u00f6r att jag kan komma bort fr\u00e5n vardagen en stund, g\u00f6ra n\u00e5gonting helt annat \u00e4n det man g\u00f6r i vardagen, annat \u00e4n att bara anv\u00e4nda hj\u00e4rnan hela tiden.
