Jag f\u00f6rberedde redan ig\u00e5r genom att frysa in drygt 1.5 dl mandelmj\u00f6lk och en kiwi. Sen i morse s\u00e5 mixade jag den frysta mandelmj\u00f6lken med den frysta kiwin, en f\u00e4rsk kiwi, en n\u00e4ve frysta hallon, en n\u00e4ve frysta bl\u00e5b\u00e4r, lite vaniljpulver och en skv\u00e4tt ofryst mandelmj\u00f6lk. Slurp! Det blev s\u00e5\u00e5\u00e5 gott och konsistensen helt underbar &#8211; v\u00e4ldigt fryst allts\u00e5.
