Jag var helt 100% s\u00e4ker denna g\u00e5ng &#8211; jag hade verkligen g\u00e5tt upp i vikt. Faktiskt ger den &#8221;nya&#8221; vikten mig ett bmi p\u00e5 16.4. Ibland \u00e4r det himla bra att vara liten, man beh\u00f6ver inte g\u00e5 upp s\u00e5 mycket ( i antal kilon) och det g\u00f6r \u00e4nd\u00e5 skillnad. I f\u00f6rh\u00e5llande till ens kropp s\u00e5 \u00e4r det ju en del. Jag \u00e4r ruggigt stolt \u00f6ver det jag lyckats med!&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Nu vet jag d\u00e4remot att det kan vara s\u00e5 att vikten ploppar upp n\u00e5got kilo f\u00f6r att sedan g\u00e5 tillbaka n\u00e5gra hekton. Det kan bero p\u00e5 att v\u00e4tskebalansen i kroppen f\u00f6r\u00e4ndrats och liknande. S\u00e5 i morgon kanske jag g\u00e5tt ned tre hekto, f\u00f6r att sedan forts\u00e4tta upp\u00e5t igen. Det \u00e4r liksom sv\u00e5rt att f\u00f6rutsp\u00e5, kroppen \u00e4r ingen superduperexaktmaskin och \u00f6kar inte i vikt som en s\u00e5dan.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Dags f\u00f6r en smarrig frukost och sedan ska jag iv\u00e4g till skolan&#8230; ska h\u00e5lla mitt tal nu p\u00e5 morgonen. Konstigt nog \u00e4r jag inte alls nerv\u00f6s! Men det l\u00e4r v\u00e4l komma just innan, spelar dock ingen roll- k\u00e4nslan efter\u00e5t \u00f6vertr\u00e4ffar alla negativa k\u00e4nslor med h\u00e4stl\u00e4ngder!<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Haha, jag visste det!
