K\u00e4nn bara p\u00e5 namnet &#8211; vanilj. Vanilj. Det ligger liksom mjukt i munnen och man kan n\u00e4stan k\u00e4nna s\u00f6tman bara genom att smaka p\u00e5 ordet. Vanilj.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4stan varje natt innan jag l\u00e4gger mig sprejar jag en dutt vaniljparfym i mitt h\u00e5r. Stark vaniljparfym, &#8221;Vanilla&#8221; av Alyssa Ashley. N\u00e4r jag har haft p\u00e5 mig den p\u00e5 andra tider \u00e4n p\u00e5 natten (d\u00e5 ingen \u00e4nd\u00e5 tr\u00e4ffar mig) s\u00e5 har folk reagerat n\u00e5got negativt &#8211; f\u00f6r s\u00f6tt, kv\u00e4ljande, bakat sockerkaka? Och det vill jag ju inte. Nej jag f\u00e5r h\u00e5lla min vaniljparfym f\u00f6r mig sj\u00e4lv.<\/p>\n<p>Vaniljglass. Vaniljs\u00e5s. Vaniljyoghurt. Mest av allt anv\u00e4nds vanilj till s\u00f6ta saker, det har ju ocks\u00e5 en viss s\u00f6tma i sig sj\u00e4lv. I bananpannkakor, pannacotta och sockerkakor. Till och med i morgongr\u00f6ten. &nbsp;I smoothies, bullar, t\u00e5rtor och bakelser. En skv\u00e4tt vanilj i gr\u00e4dden till jordgubbarna kanske?<\/p>\n<p>Vaniljen kommer fr\u00e5n en orkid\u00e9 och \u00e4r i ren form mycket dyr. Det finns fejkat vanilj ocks\u00e5, vanillin. Personligen f\u00f6redrar jag att anv\u00e4nda vaniljpulver (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.grongava.se\/shop\/product\/158\" target=\"_blank\">klicka f\u00f6r l\u00e4nk<\/a>), det \u00e4r drygt och best\u00e5r av endast ren vanilj.<\/p>\n<p>Sj\u00e4lv gillar jag det mesta vanilj. En dutt vaniljpulver f\u00f6rh\u00f6jer m\u00e5nga s\u00f6ta r\u00e4tter&#8230;. mm&#8230; Det jag anv\u00e4nder vanilj mest till numera \u00e4r att blanda i yoghurt och sedan ha frysta bl\u00e5b\u00e4r och sirap p\u00e5. Vaniljs\u00e5s tackar jag aldrig nej till, jag brukar till och med ha det till kladdkakan ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r gr\u00e4dde, som jag ju inte riktigt tycker smakar n\u00e5gonting.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6rresten.. de senaste dagarna har jag flera g\u00e5nger \u00e4tit vaniljglass med vaniljs\u00e5s p\u00e5, det m\u00e5ste verkligen alla vanilj\u00e4lskare testa!
