Jag har lyckats g\u00e5 upp till bmi 16.5 (fr\u00e5n 15.7) och \u00e4ter betydligt b\u00e4ttre. Jag g\u00e5r absolut inte ned och vikten hoppar upp ibland, de dagar d\u00e5 det serveras rikligt med efterr\u00e4tt, godis eller liknande. Jag \u00e4ter glass och mjukglass n\u00e4r jag k\u00e4nner f\u00f6r det. Jag \u00e4ter regelbundet (frukost, lunch, mellis, middag, mellis) &nbsp;och \u00e4ter n\u00e5gon liten efterr\u00e4tt med b\u00e5de lunchen och middagen. Jag tar om vid matbordet om jag vill ha mera och s\u00e5 vidare.<br \/><i><br \/>Vad \u00e4r m\u00e5let?<\/i><\/p>\n<p>M\u00e5let just nu \u00e4r att sl\u00e4ppa fokuset en del p\u00e5 maten. Det ska komma mera naturligt och jag ska s\u00e5 sm\u00e5ningom sluta vara s\u00e5 bunden till mina tider. Nu m\u00e5ste jag d\u00e4remot vara v\u00e4ldigt noga med alla m\u00e5l s\u00e5 att jag om\u00f6jligt kan g\u00e5 ned i vikt. Jag ska g\u00e4rna \u00e4ta extra ut\u00f6ver det &#8221;normala&#8221; och inte vara r\u00e4dd f\u00f6r att \u00e4ta livsmedel som kan k\u00e4nnas jobbiga. Jag ska ha <b>roligt <\/b>och inte l\u00e5ta maten vara ett hinder i vardagen. Med vikten har jag n\u00e5gra kilon kvar innan det blir riktigt bra, men jag tvivlar inte en sekund p\u00e5 att det kommer vara s\u00e5 gott som fixat till h\u00f6sten.
