Jag b\u00f6rjade g\u00e5 ned i vikt n\u00e4r jag var 15-16 och d\u00e5 v\u00e4gde jag (innan) runt 46 kilon, till min 155 cm. D\u00e5 var jag ganska otr\u00e4nad, men jag hade nog mera muskler \u00e4n vad jag har nu. Jag har inte v\u00e4xt n\u00e5got sedan dess. Den vikten gav mig ett bmi p\u00e5 19.1, helt okej allts\u00e5.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6rra g\u00e5ngen n\u00e4r jag hade mens (regelbundet) v\u00e4gde jag runt 42 kilo med ett bmi p\u00e5 17.5. Jag satsar p\u00e5 att f\u00e5 tillbaka mensen. Troligtvis l\u00e4r det vara n\u00e4r jag ligger p\u00e5 42-43 men jag kommer nog att g\u00e5 upp lite mera \u00e4nd\u00e5. Jag f\u00e5r se helt enkelt. Men minst det i alla fall. Sen skadar det inte att n\u00e4r jag v\u00e4l \u00e5terf\u00e5tt balans i kroppen att jag \u00e5terf\u00e5r de &#8221;normala&#8221; musklerna s\u00e5 att jag orkar med lite mera och som bekant v\u00e4ger muskler en del s\u00e5 d\u00e5 kommer jag nog att g\u00e5 upp \u00e4nd\u00e5.
