Den var <i>helt underbar <\/i>men borde kanske mera klassas som efterr\u00e4tt \u00e4n som gr\u00f6t.. lovar att den var n\u00e4stan lika m\u00e4ktig som god! Mmm!<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4r kommer mitt recept. Rekommenderar starkt om ni har saffran hemma! Varf\u00f6r inte servera den i sm\u00e5 portionsformar till efterr\u00e4tt ikv\u00e4ll? Eller till adventsfikat? Jag ser stora m\u00f6jligheter h\u00e4r.. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6r en portion;<br \/><i>0.5 dl grahamsmj\u00f6l<\/i><br \/><i>1.25 dl mj\u00f6lk<\/i><br \/><i>1 dl vatten<\/i><br \/><i>en halv tesked salt<\/i><br \/><i>en nypa saffran (ca ett halvt paket elr 0.25g)<\/i><br \/><i>en nypa vaniljpulver (kan uteslutas eller ers\u00e4ttas med tv\u00e5 nypor vaniljsocker) <\/i><br \/><i>en halv tesked sm\u00f6r<\/i><br \/><i> <\/i><br \/>B\u00f6rja med att sm\u00e4lta sm\u00f6re<i><\/i>t i mikron tillsammans med saffranet och vaniljpulvret och en liten skv\u00e4tt mj\u00f6lk eller vatten. Det h\u00e4r g\u00f6r man endast f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 ut som mycket saffranssmak som m\u00f6jligt! L\u00e5t det sedan st\u00e5 och dra medan du g\u00f6r i ordning resten.<br \/>V\u00e4rm mj\u00f6lk,vatten och salt tills det b\u00f6rjar koka och blanda ned saffransblandningen. Sen \u00e4r det dags att vispa i grahamsmj\u00f6let. Om det k\u00e4nns p\u00e5 tok f\u00f6r l\u00f6st (jag lovar, det tjocknar sedan) kan du ta lite mera grahamsmj\u00f6l. L\u00e5t det st\u00e5 och puttra i ungef\u00e4r 7-10 minuter eller till \u00f6nskad konsistens \u00e4r uppn\u00e5dd. R\u00f6r lite kraftigt d\u00e5 och d\u00e5, s\u00e5 att det inte riskeras att br\u00e4nnas.<br \/>Serveringsm\u00f6jligheterna \u00e4r o\u00e4ndliga! Mj\u00f6lk och russin var riktigt gott, men \u00e4ven fil och kanel. Lite jordgubbssylt passade utm\u00e4rkt p\u00e5. \u00c4ven att \u00e4ta som det \u00e4r med lite extra socker p\u00e5.. Det smakar ungef\u00e4r som lussedeg, men inte riktigt lika kv\u00e4ljande s\u00f6t.
