Det \u00e4r n\u00e4stan lika gott som frukost.. hihi.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Havregrynsgr\u00f6t<\/strong> med sylt och mj\u00f6lk (och kanske banan) <em>v\u00e4rmande och gott!<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong>Vaniljyoghurt<\/strong> (eller naturell yoghurt med vaniljpulver) med frysta b\u00e4r (<strong>bl\u00e5b\u00e4r<\/strong> \u00e4r godast tycker jag) och <strong>sirap<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Olika sorters <strong>mackor, <\/strong>kanske mjukt tunnbr\u00f6d med sm\u00f6r, skinka och senap eller rostat br\u00f6d med sm\u00f6r och kaviar.. (Jag skulle nog \u00e4ta fler \u00e4n en macka f\u00f6r att bli m\u00e4tt)<\/li>\n<li>Frysta b\u00e4r (bl\u00e5b\u00e4r, hallon) med massor av vaniljs\u00e5s och hackad choklad!<\/li>\n<li><strong>Yoghurt<\/strong> med <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.frebaco.se\/sv\/konsument\/havreringar\/havreringar-hallon--jordgubbar.aspx\">dessa havreringar<\/a> <\/strong>och russin<\/li>\n<li>Annan sorts <strong>gr\u00f6t<\/strong>, te.x risgrynsgr\u00f6t, r\u00e5gmj\u00f6lsgr\u00f6t, kornmj\u00f6lsgr\u00f6t, grahamsgr\u00f6t, mannagrynsgr\u00f6t med passande tillbeh\u00f6r..<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fruktsallad<\/strong> p\u00e5 banan, hallon, kiwi, p\u00e4ron (eller vilka frukter som helst) gratinerad i ugnen med riven\u00a0<strong>m\u00f6rk\/vit choklad<\/strong> serverat med vaniljglass!<\/li>\n<li><strong>Varma mackor <\/strong>i v\u00e5ffelj\u00e4rn\/mackj\u00e4rn med exempelvis sm\u00f6r, skinka, ost och senap.<\/li>\n<li>&#8221;<strong>Tortillapizza<\/strong>&#8221; i mikron. Tortillabr\u00f6d, tomats\u00e5s (koka egen, k\u00f6p, anv\u00e4nd passerade tomater..), ost och valfria tillbeh\u00f6r. Kanske skinka, banan med curry, ananas&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>Sen kan man s\u00e5klart ibland \u00e4ta l\u00f6sviktsgodis till kv\u00e4llsfika.. eller chips.. eller gr\u00f6nsaker och dipp. Eller glass med olika tillbeh\u00f6r. Eller t\u00e5rta. Eller bullar. Tja, man kan ocks\u00e5 \u00e4ta lite rester fr\u00e5n middag\/lunch till kv\u00e4llsfika om man s\u00e5 vill.
