Jag hade lagat spenatsoppa (mamma och pappa slutar fem, jag lagar d\u00e5 oftast maten) men ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r att \u00e4ta det tog jag ist\u00e4llet tv\u00e5 rej\u00e4la tallrikar pasta med skinks\u00e5s och ketchup. \u00c5t det \u00e4ven till lunch, men det \u00e4r ju s\u00e5 himla gott att jag inte lessnar! Jag vet ju liksom att det \u00e4r b\u00e5de mj\u00f6lk och mj\u00f6l och sm\u00f6r i s\u00e5sen (sen pasta p\u00e5 det) men vad fasen, och? &#8221;Det h\u00e4r \u00e4r nyttigare f\u00f6r mig!&#8221; sa jag i protest vid middagsbordet. Alla inst\u00e4mde.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e5t inte negativa tankar vinna. Ge inte \u00e4tst\u00f6rningen rum att ta plats! S\u00e5 fort man \u00f6ppnar en glipa smiter hon inte snabbt som vinden.V\u00e4lj ist\u00e4llet det som \u00e4r bra f\u00f6r <strong>dig <\/strong>och n\u00e5gonting som \u00e4r h\u00e5llbart l\u00e5ngsiktigt. Det du v\u00e4ljer fel nu kommer du att beh\u00f6va ta igen senare, p\u00e5 ett eller annat s\u00e4tt. Att skada sig sj\u00e4lv ger ingen l\u00f6sning p\u00e5 n\u00e5gra problem alls, det kan tv\u00e4rtom bara f\u00f6rv\u00e4rra.
