Det kanske \u00e4r en liten fuskpannacotta.. Men \u00e4nd\u00e5 inte! H\u00e4r kommer receptet. F\u00f6r fyra sm\u00e5 portioner. (Hos oss blev det tre lite st\u00f6rre och en liten, till pappa)<\/p>\n<p>250 g kvarg (kesella 10%ig eller liknande)<br \/>2 msk florsocker<br \/>ett paket saffran (0.5 g)<br \/>N\u00e5gon matsked gr\u00e4dde<br \/>1\/2 tsk vaniljpulver eller<br \/>1 tsk vaniljsocker<br \/>Ett par rutor vit choklad<\/p>\n<p>Kavla saffranspaketet ett par g\u00e5nger s\u00e5 att inneh\u00e5llet krossas. Blanda sedan ned saffranet i kvargen och tills\u00e4tt vaniljpulvret eller vaniljsockret. Vispa i florsockeret och smaka av. Det kan beh\u00f6vas lite mera florsocker om man vill ha det s\u00f6tare. Vispa i gr\u00e4dden (jag anv\u00e4nde elvisp, men det blev inte s\u00e5 mycket fluffigare direkt.. s\u00e5 vispa s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge du vill!) och h\u00e4ll upp i fina portionssk\u00e5lar. Riv \u00f6ver chokladen och st\u00e4ll kallt i kylsk\u00e5p eller liknande till servering.
