Kirsk\u00e5l \u00e4r en v\u00e4xt som g\u00e5r att anv\u00e4nda liknande spenat och den finns i de flesta tr\u00e4dg\u00e5rdar. Bryn lite matfett I en stekpanna och fr\u00e4s kirsk\u00e5len tills den blivit lite mjukare. Det brukar ta ungef\u00e4r en minut. S\u00e4nk v\u00e4rmen och r\u00f6r I yoghurten. Krydda nu efter smak med curry och eventuellt salt. R\u00f6r I \u00be av bananen och blanda ordentligt. L\u00e4gg sedan ut resten av bananen p\u00e5 ditt tortillabr\u00f6d och sprid ut curryr\u00f6ran.
