Nu b\u00f6rjar jag verkligen se mina armar och fr\u00e4mst axlar ta form. Innan hade jag bara ben d\u00e4r men nu b\u00f6rjar dom runda till sig!<br \/>\nK\u00f6rde ett ganska h\u00e5rt biceps och axel pass idag. Fick bra pump tycker jag sj\u00e4lv hihi<\/p>\n<p>Jag har k\u00e4nt mig lite l\u00e5g och irriterad f\u00f6r att det tar s\u00e5n tid att se m\u00e4rkbar skillnad i kroppen. Jag tog bara lite lite ris och lassade p\u00e5 \u00e4rtor, vita b\u00f6nor, snack paprika, keso och en skiva skinka.
