N\u00e4stan glutenfri"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Mmm ig\u00e5rkv\u00e4ll blev det ett nattm\u00e5l \ud83d\ude42 Proteingr\u00f6t med st\u00f6rst andel hirshflingor och en liten del havregryn med gojib\u00e4r, chiafr\u00f6n och choklad-jordn\u00f6tssm\u00f6r. Allts\u00e5 hur gott?!<br \/>\nP\u00e5 toppen sprinklade jag kanel.<br \/>\nJag gjorde lite extra och st\u00e4llde i kylen till frukost idag och det var precis lika gott!<\/p>\n<p>Det h\u00e4r med frukost \u00e4r ganska sv\u00e5rt&#8230; Jag testar lite olika saker f\u00f6r att kunna f\u00e5 i mig n\u00e5got s\u00e5 tidigt p\u00e5 dagen.
