Du l\u00e4r dig grundstegen till ett flertal latinamerikanska dansstilar och sv\u00e4nger till den heta musiken!<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> <em>Vi vet att det kan vara sv\u00e5rt att engagera sig n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller just tr\u00e4ning, men med Zumba kommer det hela k\u00e4nnas som en fest, g\u00e5ng p\u00e5 g\u00e5ng. Genom att f\u00f6lja de l\u00e4tta stegen i bl.a. Cumbia, Salsa, Merengue och Reggaeton kommer du att njuta av varje steg du tar och f\u00f6rbr\u00e4nna mer \u00e4n du anar.<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> <em>Intervalltr\u00e4ningen utg\u00f6rs av l\u00e5ngsamma och snabba rytmer som utbyter varandra, d\u00e4r varje l\u00e5t har en egen koreografi med enkla danssteg.
