Men end\u00e5 e det s\u00e5n sk\u00f6n k\u00e4nsla n\u00e4r man tr\u00e4nat klart, och jag tkr redan efter 3v att det b\u00f6rjar synas lite resultat d\u00e5 jag tr\u00e4nat 3 ggr i veckan och \u00e4tit nyttigare. Eller njaaa, inte \u00e4tit godis f\u00f6rutom litegranna p\u00e5 helgerna mm.. K\u00e4nns som om sj\u00e4lvf\u00f6rtroendet e p\u00e5v\u00e4g upp\u00e5t ox\u00e5. Jag kan t.o.m kolla mig sj\u00e4lv i spegeln nu.. \ud83d\ude09 \u00c5 ibland k\u00e4nns: fan jag kanske ser lite bra ut end\u00e5? Dock \u00e4r det inte ofta, men det blir b\u00e4ttre.. \ud83d\ude42<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>Ligger och slappar i soffan nu, ska kolla om det e n\u00e5tt p\u00e5 tv annars g\u00e5r jag och l\u00e4gger mig i tid idag.. =D Imorrn e jag ledig fr\u00e5n utbildningen, det ska bli sk\u00f6nt.
