Gjorde ett schema f\u00f6r ett <strong>ryggprogram<\/strong> som jag testade f\u00f6rsta g\u00e5ngen ig\u00e5r, ska k\u00f6ra p\u00e5 det i en vecka nu och har nog lite tr\u00e4ningsv\u00e4rk i ryggen idag s\u00e5 det funkar \u00e5tminstonde \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center\">\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Tycker det \u00e4<strong>r viktigt att tr\u00e4na rygg+axlar <\/strong>s\u00e5 man f\u00e5r en snygg h\u00e5llning, jag tycker det \u00e4r s\u00e5<strong> fult med en d\u00e5lig h\u00e5llning<\/strong>.
