K\u00f6rde ben och rumpa som jag planerat. Bl.a. <strong>utfall med vikter<\/strong>,<strong> sidolyft<\/strong> och <strong>bak\u00e5tspark<\/strong>. Imorn blir det samma sak, g\u00f6tt med rutin : ) <em><a href=\"http:\/\/exercise.about.com\/od\/butthipsthighs\/tp\/butt.htm\">H\u00e4r<\/a><\/em> har ni en bra sida med \u00f6vningar men<strong> min absoluta favoritsida f\u00f6r tr\u00e4ning<\/strong> \u00e4r <em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.muscles.se\">muscles.se<\/a><\/em>. .D\u00e4r kan man l\u00e4sa allt om h\u00e4lsa, kost, fr\u00e5gor\/svar, olika \u00f6vningar f\u00f6r olika kroppsdelar, kosttillskott, styrketr\u00e4ning etc. Ni fattar!
