F\u00f6rst ut \u00e4r en h\u00e4rlig vegetarisk soppa, Hoppas det smakar!!<br \/>\n<strong>Gyllengul Linssoppa med smak av saffran och curry:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>3 dl r\u00f6da linser<br \/>\n2 st potatisar<br \/>\n2 st l\u00f6k, gul<br \/>\n2 st vitl\u00f6ksklyftor<br \/>\n3 st mor\u00f6tter<br \/>\n2 msk ingef\u00e4ra, finriven<br \/>\n1 msk curry<br \/>\n1 p\u00e5se saffran<br \/>\n\u00bd st r\u00f6d chilifrukthackad<br \/>\nolja, till fr\u00e4sning<br \/>\n1 l gr\u00f6nsaksbuljong<br \/>\n\u00bd dl cr\u00e8me fraiche<br \/>\n\u00bd tsk salt<br \/>\n\u00bd tsk peppar<br \/>\n1. Skala och hacka potatis, morot, l\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k. Det beh\u00f6ver inte vara finhackat f\u00f6r allt kommer att mixas l\u00e4ngre fram.<br \/>\n2. Fr\u00e4s i oljan tillsammans med ingef\u00e4ra, curry, saffran och r\u00f6d chili.<br \/>\n3. Tills\u00e4tt linser och h\u00e4ll i gr\u00f6nsaksbuljongen. L\u00e5t koka ca 20 minuter s\u00e5 att gr\u00f6nsakerna blir mjuka.<br \/>\n4. Tills\u00e4tt cr\u00e8me fraiche och mixa soppan sl\u00e4t.
