Denna vecka ska jag f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka l\u00e4gga upp s\u00e5 jag \u00e4r p\u00e5 topp n\u00e4sta l\u00f6rdag! Allts\u00e5 inte tr\u00e4na f\u00f6r mycket s\u00e5 kroppen \u00e4r f\u00f6r tr\u00f6tt p\u00e5 t\u00e4vlingsdagen. Jag \u00e4r relativt ny i l\u00f6parv\u00e4rlden s\u00e5 jag vet inte 100% vad som passar mig, men det kommer jag lista ut med tiden! Jag \u00e4r bara 22 \u00e5r, jag har tid p\u00e5 mig, ju mer jag t\u00e4vlar och v\u00e5gar satsa ju b\u00e4ttre kommer jag bli! L\u00f6pning \u00e4r lika mycket psykiskt som fysiskt s\u00e5 ett tips jag kan ge \u00e4r att om du har viljan och tror p\u00e5 dig sj\u00e4lv s\u00e5 kan alla vara l\u00f6pare, och l\u00f6pning \u00e4r ett otroligt bra s\u00e4tt att g\u00f6ra sig av med n\u00e5gra kilon.<\/p>\n<p>Idag var det benstyrka p\u00e5 schemat, sista innan t\u00e4vlingen, nu ska jag l\u00e5ta benen \u00e5terh\u00e4mta sig i en vecka! Gillar att tr\u00e4na ben och rumpa! Det \u00e4r s\u00e5 viktigt tycker jag n\u00e4r man \u00e4r l\u00f6pare s\u00e5 man inte f\u00e5r liten och h\u00e4ngig rumpa, det vill man ju inte ha! S\u00e5 ni l\u00f6pare d\u00e4r ute gl\u00f6m inte att l\u00e4gga in ett pass i veckan med ben\/rumpa styrketr\u00e4ning!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1 vecka kvar till halvmaran!
