Ibland beh\u00f6ver man de stunder n\u00e4r man inte t\u00e4nker p\u00e5 diet eller tr\u00e4ning, och det kan man ha om man sen vet hur man tar sig tillbaka! Nu \u00e4r jag tillbaka! Jag \u00e4r tillbaka till att leva h\u00e4lsosamt och inspirera mina l\u00e4sare att g\u00f6ra detsamma!<\/p>\n<p>Denna vecka t\u00e4nkte jag ha som tema intressant fakta om viktminskning! Nu k\u00f6r vi!!<\/p>\n<p>T\u00c4NK inte s\u00e5 mycket!! Det finns en studie som visar att m\u00e4nniskor som t\u00e4nker mycket g\u00e5r upp i vikt! Detta p\u00e5 grund av att de som t\u00e4nker mycket k\u00e4nner sig mer hungriga och d\u00e4rf\u00f6r \u00e4ter mer!
