F\u00f6r man k\u00e4nner sig inte speciellt vacker, utan svullen, tjock och osmidig samt ont \u00f6verallt.<\/p>\n<p>Mina tips f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 dig att m\u00e5 b\u00e4ttre, first off all:<\/p>\n<p>1. Ha \u00e5tsittande kl\u00e4der ( annars k\u00e4nner du dig tjockare)<\/p>\n<p>2. anv\u00e4nd extension.<\/p>\n<p>3. M\u00e5la naglarna<\/p>\n<p>4. anv\u00e4nd make up<\/p>\n<p>5. \u00c4t endast nyttigt (f\u00f6r att slippa extra kilon)<\/p>\n<p>6. K\u00f6p dig en parfym som luktar massor<\/p>\n<p>7. Ha alltid mint tabletter med dig<\/p>\n<p>8. f\u00f6rs\u00f6k ta promenader eller ett l\u00e4tt tr\u00e4ningspass<\/p>\n<p>9. vaxa dig p\u00e5 klinik om ingen v\u00e4n kan hj\u00e4lpa dig;)<\/p>\n<p>10. anv\u00e4nd st\u00f6dstrumpor (mot svullnader och beh\u00e5lla snygga ben)<\/p>\n<p>Jag tycker det \u00e4r viktigt att prioritera fast det kanske f\u00e5f\u00e4ngt, men det hj\u00e4lper.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jag ligger nu p\u00e5 54 kg som h\u00f6ggravid med 18 dagar kvar och har haft en hemsk graviditet, n\u00e5got som \u00e4r viktigt \u00e4r att ta hand om sig under sin graviditet.
