Men f\u00e5r se till att f\u00e5 i mig lite mer av det nu. Han sa att det var lite ovanligt att ha brist p\u00e5 det som vegetarian eftersom de flesta f\u00e5r i sig det d\u00e5. Men jag \u00e4r ju r\u00e4tt kr\u00e4sen av mig s\u00e5 \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Mat som inneh\u00e5ller mycket folat:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>baljv\u00e4xter, som b\u00f6nor, kik\u00e4rter, gr\u00f6na \u00e4rter, socker\u00e4rter, linser<\/li>\n<li>gr\u00f6na bladgr\u00f6nsaker som spenat, ruccola, fris\u00e9sallat, mach\u00e9sallat<\/li>\n<li>k\u00e5l som broccoli, brysselk\u00e5l, blomk\u00e5l<\/li>\n<li>rotfrukter som k\u00e5lrot, r\u00f6dbetor, rotpersilja<\/li>\n<li>gr\u00f6nsaker som r\u00f6d paprika, majs<\/li>\n<li>frukt som apelsin, kiwi, honungsmelon<\/li>\n<li>b\u00e4r som jordgubbar, hallon, bj\u00f6rnb\u00e4r<\/li>\n<li>fullkornsprodukter, som br\u00f6d, r\u00e5ris, fullkornsgryn<\/li>\n<li>leverpastej och lever.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Har \u00e4ntligen, efter 13 \u00e5r som vegetarian g\u00e5tt och tagit blodprov f\u00f6r att kolla mina blodv\u00e4rden, s\u00e5 jag s\u00e4kert f\u00e5r i mig allt jag beh\u00f6ver.
