Eller ass\u00e5 typ pasta, ris potatis osv&#8230; Orkar intew h\u00e5lla p\u00e5 med n\u00e5gon \u00f6verdriven lchf grej d\u00e4r man knappt f\u00e5\u00e5r \u00e4ta majs f\u00f6r att det inneh\u00e5ller kolhydrater!<\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6rjade min morgon med en smoothie. Det \u00e4r hur enke\u00f6t som helst att g\u00f6ra och blir svin gott. Jag hade endast i l\u00e4ttkvarg, hallon, lite honung och vatten i min. Ett riktigt tips till er som inte gillar att trycka i sig v\u00e4rsta frukosten p\u00e5 morgonen!<\/p>\n<p>Ska platta till mitt h\u00e5r nu sedan dra ut p\u00e5 en \u00c5rstavik srundan idag igen.
