Det var superenkellt och super gott. Du kan k\u00f6pa vilket k\u00f6tt som helst i princip men jag valde oxfile. Sedan k\u00f6per du fetaost och turkisk yougurt som du blandar i en bunke tillsammans med salt &amp; peppar (jag pressade i vitl\u00f6k och chili ocks\u00e5 d\u00e5 jag \u00e4lskar stark mat). Ta inte f\u00f6r mycket yougurt utan det ska bara bli som en j\u00e4mn kr\u00e4m men \u00e4nd\u00e5 lite smulig &#8211; ja ni fattar.<\/p>\n<p>Skiva k\u00f6ttet och platta till det som fileer typ. Efter det \u00e4r det bara att smeta p\u00e5 fetaost kr\u00e4men och rulla ihop k\u00f6ttet.
