Det blev ett fystest som inneh\u00f6ll 2 km l\u00f6pning, s\u00e5 m\u00e5nga repetitioner man kunde av armh\u00e4vningar, situps, upphopp, rygglyft samt s\u00e5 l\u00e5ng tid man kunde st\u00e5 i planka och j\u00e4garvila. Sedan blev det 25 min Xtremefit uppv\u00e4rmningen (som jag kan ber\u00e4tta mer om senare) samt ett antal l\u00e4ngor utfallsteg. <\/p>\n<p>Nu har jag \u00e4tit lite k\u00f6tt och potatis och ska l\u00e4gga mig i s\u00e4ngen och kolla p\u00e5 torka aldrig t\u00e5rar utan handskar, jag har ju missat det (typ sist i v\u00e4rlden).
