Ska snart kl\u00e4 p\u00e5 mig och inleda f\u00f6rmiddagens plugg, efter det s\u00e5 ska jag laga mig lite lunch och sen sticka till skolan f\u00f6r en dag som slutar kl 17! Fy \ud83d\ude41 sen \u00e4r det tr\u00e4ning 18.30 och jag \u00e4r supertaggad. Min tanke \u00e4r att jag ska hinna byta batteri i min pulsklocka idag och ta med den p\u00e5 tr\u00e4ningen f\u00f6r att se hur h\u00f6g puls jag kommer upp till, vad medelpulsen under dessa 75 minuter \u00e4r samt hur f\u00f6rbr\u00e4nningen ser ut.
