Hur j\u00e4vla h\u00e4rligt som helst! Inte mycket tid sl\u00f6sades p\u00e5 uppv\u00e4rmning utan jag var s\u00e5 laddad to go! N\u00e4r mamma var klar hade jag knappt kommit halvv\u00e4gs d\u00e5 jag ville ta mig igenom alla mina favorit\u00f6vningar. B\u00f6rjade sj\u00e4lvklart mer marklyft, eftersom jag inte hade k\u00f6rt det p\u00e5 ett tag och heller inte hade n\u00e5gra straps med mig s\u00e5 s\u00e4nkte jag vikterna och var nere p\u00e5 l\u00e4tta 40 kg, men det spelar ingen roll f\u00f6r det var s\u00e5 j\u00e4vla kul. Sedan chins! Mitt m\u00e5l \u00e4r ju att klara 5 chins innan jul, jag gjorde fem stycken med mammas hj\u00e4lp men b\u00e5da k\u00e4nde att det knappt beh\u00f6vdes, s\u00e5 kul att k\u00e4nna resultat! Sedan blev det s\u00e5klart benb\u00f6j, bulgariska utfall, schrugs, bicepscurl, st\u00e5ende rodd och massor fler av mina favorit\u00f6vningar. Nu \u00e4r det bara en vecka kvar av bootcampen och dieten \u00e4r jag halvv\u00e4gs igenom. Nu \u00e4r det dags att sk\u00e4rpa till sig om man vill se resultat! <\/p>\n<p>Snart ska jag iv\u00e4g till folkungahallen d\u00e4r det vankas gymnastikt\u00e4vling f\u00f6r mina gymnaster.
