Ajja det var bara att ta tag i sig sj\u00e4lv och g\u00e5 upp, det \u00e4r ju end\u00e5 bara en vecka kvar. Till frukost innan vill jag ha n\u00e5got l\u00e4tt \u00e4tet och energirikt. S\u00e5 idag blev det en liknande smoothie som ig\u00e5r, bytte dock ut honungen och fr\u00f6na mot ett r\u00e5tt \u00e4gg och havregryn ist\u00e4llet, inneh\u00e5ller mer energi. Till det tv\u00e5 fincrisp med kr\u00e4ftost. S\u00e5 nu har jag snart f\u00e5tt i mig detta, sen ska jag ta lite mer tigerbalsam p\u00e5 l\u00e5ret och linda lite h\u00e5rdare s\u00e5 jag tr\u00e4nar med det.
