Efter det s\u00e5 k\u00f6rde jag 10&#215;3 p\u00e5 varje ben med kettlebellsutfall med rumplyft och avslutade hela tr\u00e4ningen med att \u00f6va p\u00e5 mitt handst\u00e5ende.
