Sk&ouml;nt!<\/p>\n<p>Du beh&ouml;ver thai chili, vitl&ouml;k, paprika, soya tunn och ljus, ostrons&aring;s, kycklingfil&eacute; eller fl&auml;skfil&eacute;. Servera med ris. Jag hade bara grillad kyckling hemma s&aring; det fick duga. Lite olja och steker det f&ouml;rst tills det doftar och f&aring;tt lite f&auml;rg. Sedan sk&auml;r man kycklingen eller fl&auml;skfil&eacute;n vad man nu valt, sj&ouml;mansbiff, eller grytbitar av n&ouml;t g&aring;r ocks&aring; finemang. R&ouml;r om och njut. Man kan ha en tesked socker i men jag hoppar det. F&ouml;rs&ouml;ker undvika socker och egentligen har jag fullkornsris men hade bara jasmine ris hemma.
