Inte mycket f\u00f6r h\u00f6gglans… Detta m\u00e4rke \u00e4r ifr\u00e5n England, framg\u00e5r tyv\u00e4rr inte om de skickar till Sverige men det skulle f\u00f6rv\u00e5na mig om de inte gjorde det. <\/p>\n

<\/strong><\/span>pacha<\/strong>design are glenn rushbrooke and samantha robb. <\/span>

\nwe are a design\/make partnership based in welcombe on the north coast
\nat the border of devon & cornwall, specialising in contemporary
\nfurniture & accessories from locally sourced reclaimed & natural resources. the word pacha<\/strong>, meaning green\/pure, was chosen to represent our eco-friendly attitude & our passion for using materials often seen as waste.<\/span>

\nmuch of our work evolves from a simplistic approach to design and the
\nmaterials that we use, combining pared down aesthetics with the
\njapanese view of wabi sabi, beauty in imperfection. we are very much inspired by the natural state of decay & rawness of oak, slate & metal, yet use these materials to produce pieces with<\/span>

\n clean lines & a modern feel. we like simple, uncomplicated design. we are not led by trends. our work is understated, often with an asymmetrical marriage of<\/span>

\n materials. this simplicity ensures that the materials play a major<\/span>

\n part in the overall appearance, resulting in the pieces working well in<\/span>

\n modern minimalist spaces as well as more rustic environments.<\/span>

\n very much aware of the amount of waste that is produced by society &<\/span>

\n industry inspires us to re-use these discarded materials for our small<\/span>

\n batch pieces & one-off designs.<\/span>

\n all pieces are designed & made by us in our small workshop in <\/span>

\n welcombe on the north devon coast.
