Tar man sig tid till det?jag har alltid haft sv&aring;rt f&ouml;r att &auml;ta p&aring; morgonen, men jag m&aring;ste verkligen &auml;ndra p&aring; det. Se till att &auml;ta ordentligt varje morgon, inte bara n&aring;gra ggr i veckan.&nbsp;<\/span><strong>Jag &auml;r lite nyfiken p&aring; vad ni alla &auml;ter till frukost?<\/strong><\/span> Det &auml;r ju s&aring; himla olika. Kommer ih&aring;g hur jag varje morgon i London undvek k&ouml;ket d&aring; v&auml;nnerna stod och lagade en typisk &#8221;English Breakfast&#8221; vilket fick mig att ja, spy, pardon my french.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'courier new', courier; font-size: small;\">Kan n&aring;gon sn&auml;lla f&ouml;rklara hur i helvete man kan &auml;ta detta till frukost \ud83d\ude42 ?!<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'courier new', courier; font-size: small;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/s.improveme.se\/data\/filearchive\/160377.510x0.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'courier new', courier; font-size: small;\">Sj&auml;lv &auml;ter jag helst f&auml;rska b&auml;r, n&ouml;tter, avocado, gojib&auml;r, &auml;gg och ibland en m&ouml;rk sm&ouml;rg&aring;s med n&aring;t gott p&aring;l&auml;gg.
