Zucchini pasta med tonfisk\/fetaost r\u00f6ra (varm). <\/span><\/font><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/s.improveme.se\/data\/filearchive\/90797.0x0.jpg\" target=\"_BLANK\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/s.improveme.se\/data\/filearchive\/90797.510x0.jpg\" border=\"0\"><\/a><br \/><font size=\"2\"><br style=\"font-family: Courier New;\"><span style=\"font-family: Courier New;\">You will need, <br \/><br style=\"font-family: Courier New;\"><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Courier New; font-weight: bold;\">Zucchini (ca 1 per person), tonfisk och krossade tomater (en burk tonfisk per 1 burk krossade tomat), gull\u00f6k, buljong, persilja, tabasco, worchester (liten skv\u00e4tt) s\u00e5s, vitl\u00f6k och feta ost.<\/span><br style=\"font-family: Courier New;\"><br style=\"font-family: Courier New;\"><span style=\"font-family: Courier New;\">Kryddningen \u00e4r lite upp till en sj\u00e4lv, jag brukar sl\u00e4nga i det jag k\u00e4nner f\u00f6r!<\/span><br style=\"font-family: Courier New;\"><br style=\"font-family: Courier New;\"><span style=\"font-family: Courier New;\">Zucchinin skivar man med en potatisskalare (blir bra tjocklek, anv\u00e4nd osthyvel om du g\u00f6r lasange), anv\u00e4nd EJ mitten, det blir f\u00f6r soggit d\u00e5. Jag tycker att l\u00e4ngderna blir alldeles lagom breda (blir som tagliatelle) men om du vill kan du sk\u00e4ra dem smalare. L\u00e4gg de sedan i ett durkslag, ett lager zucchini, sen lite salt, ett lager zucchini, sen lite salt osv. L\u00e5t st\u00e5 i n\u00e5gra minuter. Det skall endast koka i 30 sekunder s\u00e5 g\u00f6r det sist. <\/span><br style=\"font-family: Courier New;\"><br style=\"font-family: Courier New;\"><span style=\"font-family: Courier New;\">S\u00e5sen, ja ni, det \u00e4r bara att sl\u00e4nga ihop allt efter smak, b\u00f6rja med tonfisk och fetaost, detta tillsammans ger s\u00e5 mycket s\u00e4lta, s\u00e5 krydda efter s\u00e5 det inte blir f\u00f6r salt. <\/span><br style=\"font-family: Courier New;\"><br style=\"font-family: Courier New;\"><span style=\"font-family: Courier New;\">Str\u00f6 \u00f6ver lite persilja, kalas gott!
