Denna g&aring;ng blev det en mycket kryddig och god chorizo. f&ouml;r 4-5 portioner (jag g&ouml;r en st&ouml;rre sats s&aring; vi kan ha med till jobbet imorgon) beh&ouml;vs;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'courier new', courier; font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10px;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/s.improveme.se\/data\/filearchive\/148791.510x0.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"\" \/><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'courier new', courier; font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10px;\">&nbsp;<\/span>3 burkar krossade tomater,&nbsp;400 g korv (ca 4 st), 1 gul l&ouml;k,&nbsp;paprika (3 st, en av varje f&auml;rg),&nbsp;f&auml;rsk chili,&nbsp;vitl&ouml;k (2-3 klyftor), champinjoner (4-5 stora), 1 hel zucchini, valfria b&ouml;nor. Kryddor: (bland annat) f&auml;rsk timjan, oregano, buljong, salt, peppar, soya (jag brukar h&ouml;fta med lite olika kryddor, smaka er fram till vad som passar just er), smula till sist &ouml;ver lite fetaost &ouml;ver om ni vill. Obs, l&aring;t f&ouml;rst tomaterna, paprikorna, l&ouml;ken, chillin, och kryddor (ej de f&auml;rska) koka ihop sig ordentligt p&aring; l&aring;g v&auml;rme. Ha sedan i svamp och zucchini (de blir f&ouml;r soggiga annars) och sist i korven.
