Har alltid varit riktigt urusel p\u00e5 det&#8230; Vanligtvis \u00e4ter jag bara en smoothie men nu har jag f\u00e5tt h\u00f6ra att jag \u00e4ter alldeles f\u00f6r lite mat, inte bara till frukost utan \u00f6ver huvud taget. Time for a change. Att v\u00e4nja sig vid att \u00e4ta f\u00e4rska bl\u00e5b\u00e4r och hallon varje morgon \u00e4r inte alls sv\u00e5rt, men ack vad det svider i pl\u00e5nboken :-). Proppade i mig en rej\u00e4l dos imorse, dessutom en banan, ett \u00e4gg och&nbsp; en m\u00f6rk sm\u00f6rg\u00e5s med hoummus. Gott.
