Helt. <\/span><br style=\"font-family: Courier New;\"><span style=\"font-family: Courier New;\">Jag sj\u00e4lv har v\u00e4ldigt sv\u00e5rt f\u00f6r att g\u00e5 ut utan concealer under \u00f6gonen, ibland g\u00e5r det s\u00e5 l\u00e5ngt att jag s\u00e4tter p\u00e5 mig ett par solglas\u00f6gon innan jag l\u00e4mnar hemmet(och hoppas p\u00e5 att jag inte ser allt f\u00f6r dryg ut \ud83d\ude09 ). Dock l\u00e5ter jag huden vara, osminkad. <\/span><br style=\"font-family: Courier New;\"><br style=\"font-family: Courier New;\"><span style=\"font-family: Courier New;\">Om jag har varit p\u00e5 <font size=\"3\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">stan hela dagen<\/span><\/font> s\u00e5 ser jag till att <font size=\"3\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">sminka av mig<\/span><\/font> s\u00e5 fort jag kommer hem, bort med det bara :-). <\/span><br style=\"font-family: Courier New;\"><br style=\"font-family: Courier New;\"><span style=\"font-family: Courier New;\">Om ni \u00e4r hemma en dag, passa p\u00e5 att <font style=\"font-weight: bold;\" size=\"3\">peela<\/font> ansiktet eller\/och l\u00e4gg en <font size=\"3\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">mask<\/span><\/font>, l\u00e5t sedan huden vara <font style=\"font-family: Courier New;\" size=\"2\">ifred resten av dagen.<\/font> G\u00e5 p\u00e5 en <font size=\"3\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">promenad<\/span><\/font>, l\u00e5t huden f\u00e5 frisk luft utan smink som t\u00e4ppt till dess <font size=\"3\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold; font-family: Courier New;\">porer.<\/span><\/font> <\/span><br style=\"font-family: Courier New;\"><br style=\"font-family: Courier New;\"><span style=\"font-family: Courier New;\">Om ni har varit p\u00e5 en <font style=\"font-weight: bold;\" size=\"3\">ansiktsbehandling<\/font> s\u00e5 f\u00f6rs\u00f6k att h\u00e5lla er ifr\u00e5n att l\u00e4gga p\u00e5 <font size=\"3\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">makeup<\/span><\/font> det f\u00f6rsta ni g\u00f6r (man brukar ju vilja det med tanke p\u00e5 hur man kan se ut). Om ni inte \u00e4r bekv\u00e4ma med att vandra omkring lite l\u00e4tt r\u00f6dflammiga,&nbsp; ta bilen ist\u00e4llet (om ni har m\u00f6jlighet), eller kanske ta en taxi och \u00e5k hem :-). <\/span><br style=\"font-family: Courier New;\"><span style=\"font-family: Courier New;\">Se bara till att l\u00e5ta huden vara.<\/span><br style=\"font-family: Courier New;\"><br style=\"font-family: Courier New;\"><\/font><br style=\"font-family: Courier New;\"><font size=\"2\"><span style=\"font-family: Courier New;\">Om ni har <font style=\"font-weight: bold;\" size=\"3\">br\u00e4nt<\/font> er i ansiktet p.ga <font size=\"3\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">solen<\/span>, <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">L\u00c5T HUDEN VILA<\/span><\/font>. Sola INTE innan det har g\u00e5tt ner helt. Dock ska detta inte beh\u00f6va h\u00e4nda d\u00e5 vi f\u00f6rhoppningsvis anv\u00e4nder<font size=\"3\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"> spf15 eller h\u00f6gre<\/span><\/font>, men tyv\u00e4rr g\u00f6r man en miss ibland&#8230;<\/span><br style=\"font-family: Courier New;\"><br style=\"font-family: Courier New;\"><span style=\"font-family: Courier New;\">F\u00f6rs\u00f6k att dricka mycket med <font style=\"font-weight: bold;\" size=\"3\">vatten<\/font>, detta har en rensande effekt. Det kan vara jobbigt att beh\u00f6va springa p\u00e5 toaletten ofta men ta det som en komplimang ifr\u00e5n kroppen :-). Dessutom hj\u00e4lper vatten att bilbeh\u00e5lla <font size=\"3\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">hudens sp\u00e4nst<\/span><\/font>.<br \/>&nbsp;<\/span><br style=\"font-family: Courier New;\"><span style=\"font-family: Courier New;\">T\u00e4nk ocks\u00e5 p\u00e5 vad ni stoppar i er gott folk, <font size=\"3\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">matvanorna<\/span><\/font> kan g\u00f6ra en stor skillnad f\u00f6r er hy. Jag sj\u00e4lv ser till att \u00e4ta ordentligt med <font size=\"3\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">antioxidanter<\/span><\/font>, s\u00e5som f\u00e4rska <font size=\"3\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">bl\u00e5b\u00e4r<\/span><\/font> (till frukost <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">varje<\/span> dag), granat\u00e4pple, broccoli, <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Courier New;\">spenat osv. Kom ih\u00e5g att <font style=\"font-weight: bold;\" size=\"3\">C-vitamin<\/font> beh\u00f6vs f\u00f6r att kroppen ska bygga <font size=\"3\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">kollagen<\/span><\/font>, ni kan ju dra slutsatsen sj\u00e4lva :-). Yes vi vill ha c-vitamin f\u00f6r hudens skull! \u00c4ven <font size=\"3\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Omega3<\/span><\/font> \u00e4r super f\u00f6r huden, den st\u00e4rker dess f\u00f6rsvar f\u00f6r UV inifr\u00e5n. Om ni ska sola s\u00e5 kan ni \u00e4ven passa p\u00e5 att \u00e4ta mycket <font size=\"3\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">mor\u00f6tter<\/span><\/font> och tomater.<\/span><\/font><\/p>\n<p><font size=\"2\"><span style=\"font-family: Courier New;\">Jag vet att jag har sagt det f\u00f6rr, men sminka verkligen av er innan ni g\u00e5r och l\u00e4gger er.
