Gr\u00f6nsaks och k\u00f6ttbuljong, fetaost och fullkornspasta.<\/p>\n<p>Fr\u00e4s l\u00f6k, vitl\u00f6k, svamp, zucchini i sm\u00e5 kuber, och rivna mor\u00f6tter i olivolja. H\u00e4ll \u00f6ver krossade tomater och fetaost i kuber. Ha i buljong t\u00e4rningar och kryddor efter smak. L\u00e5t fetaosten sm\u00e4lta i s\u00e5sen, peppra, servera med fullkornspasta och lite parmesan \u00f6verst. Klar. Jag anv\u00e4nder mig aldrig av m\u00e5tt n\u00e4r jag lagar mat, man f\u00e5r h\u00f6fta lite med m\u00e4ngderna! Akta er f\u00f6r att l\u00e4gga i f\u00f6r mycket buljong eller salt innan fetaosten har sm\u00e4lt, den \u00e4r s\u00e5 salt i sig sj\u00e4lv.
