M&aring;r j&auml;tte konstigt idag. Har haft sm&aring; explosioner i huvudet hela natten (dvs galen huvudv&auml;rk) och k&auml;nner mig totalt utslagen i hela kroppen. Kan bero p&aring; massagen, m&aring;dde ju s&aring; efter en session f&ouml;r 2 veckor sedan. Vilket iof &auml;r j&auml;tte bra, betyder att det h&auml;nder grejer i kroppen. Men jobbigt. Nekar inte heller till att min 500 kcal a day inte &auml;r det b&auml;sta f&ouml;r energin&#8230; hrm&#8230; jaja. Ska f&ouml;rs&ouml;ka rycka upp mig, har mycket att ordna idag.
