N&aring;gra tips som brukar hj&auml;lpa mig &auml;r f&ouml;ljande<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;\">* Ha alltid en penna och papper n&auml;ra till hands<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;\">Oftast brukar massa id&eacute;er eller har tankar dyka upp n&auml;r man ligger i s&auml;ngen. D&aring; kan det hj&auml;lpa att skriva ner alla tankar och id&eacute;er.
