{"id":268,"date":"2012-03-12T20:03:01","date_gmt":"2012-03-12T19:03:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/sgus\/?p=268"},"modified":"2012-03-20T18:11:47","modified_gmt":"2012-03-20T17:11:47","slug":"summering-av-dagen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/sgus\/2012\/03\/12\/summering-av-dagen\/","title":{"rendered":"Summering av dagen"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Frukost: I latte, 1\/2 grapefrukt, Iv\u00e5ffla, i skiva m\u00f6rkt br\u00f6d med en skiva ost, i litet glas juice \u00e4pple (bravo)<\/p>\n<p>Mellanm\u00e5l: I kopp kaffe m mj\u00f6lk, tv\u00e5 tuggor bulle (min dotters)<\/p>\n<p>Lunch: K\u00f6ttf\u00e4rs\u00e5s (ca 2 dl), sallad (normal portion), i morot, i glas vatten<\/p>\n<p>Mellanm\u00e5l: 1\/2 Grapefrukt<\/p>\n<p>Middag: 2 pannkakor, lite sylt (3 msk), 1 glas vatten, 1 tim efter middag 1 kopp kaffe m mj\u00f6lk+ en pralin<\/p>\n<p>Kv\u00e4llsm\u00e5l: en halv banan, en skiva m\u00f6rkt br\u00f6d, te med honung (1 tsk)<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5! Jag kan inte s\u00e4ga att detta blev ngn bra varken Lchf eller Gi dag, men det e sv\u00e5rt n\u00e4r man har en liten sex\u00e5ring hemma. Sen med lite reservation f\u00f6r att detta var en kompisdag d\u00e5 vi \u00e4ven var p\u00e5 utflykt till lekpark etc. Det blir ju inte riktig fokus p\u00e5 vuxen maten d\u00e5 (tyv\u00e4rr). Men nu har dag ett summerats ihop iaf.
