Ig\u00e5r k\u00e4ndes dagens matintag,\u00a0 lite &#8221;fattig&#8221;. Det var f\u00f6r lite mat helt enkelt, och jag \u00e5t mer kolhydrater \u00e4n jag t\u00e4nkte. S\u00e5 idag s\u00e5 f\u00e5r vi se hur det blir. Jag kommer som sagt inte att g\u00f6ra n\u00e5gra st\u00f6rre anstr\u00e4gningar \u00e4n vad jag har gjort innan. Jag kommer att \u00e4ta som jag gjort det senaste halv\u00e5ret. Genom att <strong>f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka ligga l\u00e5gt med kolhydrater, h\u00e5lla mig mer till fisk och k\u00f6tt och sallad och f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka att l\u00e5ta bli sockret s\u00e5 gott det g\u00e5r.<\/strong> Men det sistn\u00e4mnda \u00e4r s\u00e5 sv\u00e5\u00e5\u00e5rt.
