Broccoli och laxsallad, samt ett glas vatten..ser gott ut va;-) mums!<\/p>\n<p>Visste ni att;<\/p>\n<p>Lax inneh\u00e5ller mycket h\u00f6gklassigt protein, B-vitamin, D-vitamin, selen och magnesium.<\/p>\n<p>Laxen \u00e4r en fet fisk och inneh\u00e5ller d\u00e4rf\u00f6r rikligt med nyttiga fetter. Omega 3-fettsyror \u00e4r viktiga f\u00f6r bland annat hj\u00e4rnans funktioner, k\u00e4rlen, synen och nervsystemet. Unders\u00f6kningar visar dessutom att omega3 \u00e4r bra f\u00f6r hum\u00f6ret och motverkar mentala sjukdomar som ADHD och depression. Dessutom \u00e4r den bra f\u00f6r minnet och brist p\u00e5 Omega 3 har bland annat kopplats till dyslexi. Andra fiskar som ocks\u00e5 inneh\u00e5ller mycket omega 3 \u00e4r tonfisk, makrill, sardiner, sill och \u00e5l.
