{"id":301,"date":"2012-03-13T19:49:01","date_gmt":"2012-03-13T18:49:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/sgus\/?p=301"},"modified":"2012-03-20T18:10:59","modified_gmt":"2012-03-20T17:10:59","slug":"dag-2-summering","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/sgus\/2012\/03\/13\/dag-2-summering\/","title":{"rendered":"Dag 2 Summering"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Denna dag blev ju lite b\u00e4ttre<\/strong>, en ngt tunn frukost, med en nyttig lunch som jag blev riktigt m\u00e4tt p\u00e5, men sen&#8230;&#8230;..<\/p>\n<p>Frukost: Ett glas juice, 3 dl fil med lite musli,\u00a01\/2 sm\u00f6rg\u00e5s\/ skorpa\u00a0med tv\u00e5 skivor ost (gr\u00f6pte ur mackan ) 1 latte \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Lunch: Laxsallad (mor\u00f6tter,\u00a0f\u00e4rsk blomk\u00e5l fr\u00e4st i massa olja och salt, gurka\u00a0och blandsallad), ett glas vatten \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>&#8230;.sen gick det utf\u00f6r&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p>Mellanm\u00e5l 1: kaffe med mj\u00f6lk, var grymt sugen p\u00e5 en glass i det fina v\u00e4dret..men jag klarade att avst\u00e5&#8230;Alicia fick en d\u00e4remot, som jag suktade..Tvingade henne att f\u00e5 slicka en g\u00e5ng iaf. Tog en smula av den vita chokladen, heaven!;-)&#8230;ja! Ni ser juh&#8230;:-S<\/p>\n<p>Mellanm\u00e5l 2: En halv bulle medans jag f\u00f6rberedde maten. Fick d\u00e5ligt samvete s\u00e5 jag kl\u00e4mde en kiwi med.
