Jag var p\u00e5 salongen (Chop shop) och sorterade samt best\u00e4llde produkter som var slut. Sen blev det lite produktregistrering i kassan. S\u00e5nt d\u00e4r som m\u00e5ste g\u00f6ras, men som tar s\u00e5\u00e5\u00e5n tid:-P.<br \/>\nD\u00e5 kommer min matdagbok f\u00f6r idag.<\/p>\n<p>Frukost: 1 kn\u00e4ckebr\u00f6d med tomater olivolja och salt p\u00e5, fil med m\u00fcsli ca 3 dl som vanligt och 1 latte<\/p>\n<p>Mellanm\u00e5l: blev inget, tog en timmes promenad och drack vatten<\/p>\n<p>Lunch: \u00e4ggsallad med advokado <\/p>\n<p>16:00 Mellanm\u00e5l: 1\/2 grapefrukt<\/p>\n<p>18:00 tog tv\u00e5 godisar fr\u00e5n sk\u00e5len p\u00e5 jobbet. S\u00e5n d\u00e4r dragerad lakrits. Skulle v\u00e4l bara v\u00e5ga gl\u00f6mma n\u00e5got:-P <\/p>\n<p>Middag: 1\/2 kyckling med sallad ( kycklingen var torr, fick sv\u00e5rt att sk\u00f6lja ned den. S\u00e5 det bilen nog bara ett br\u00f6st) sedan 1\/2 glas r\u00f6tt vin till detta. <\/p>\n<p>K\u00e4nns ju b\u00e4ttre \u00e4n g\u00e5rdagens matmeny, men fick ett litet tips p\u00e5 jobbet att det borde vara lite mer proteiner..skall jobba p\u00e5 det. Men jag v\u00e4grar de d\u00e4r proteinpulver shaker. Fy vad l\u00e4skigt!
